I had a wonderful stay at Gondola Hotel & Suites. The hotel is located in a safe and friendly area with shops and cafes nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and though basic, they were perfect for the price. The staff were incredibly helpful, even writing down destinations in Arabic for taxi drivers. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, quiet, and clean stay.

I was traveling alone with two small children and upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite since a normal room wasn't available. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel isn't fancy, but it more than met our needs and I would definitely stay there again
We didn't have hot water in the early mornings.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jordan and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The location in a quiet residential area was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. Additionally, the rooms with a kitchen were a bonus, allowing for a comfortable and convenient stay. The breakfast offered was also a great way to start the day.
All was satisfactory.

Allah, the night receptionist. He was the best of the staff.
We definately left a phone at the hotel, unfotunately when called this was denied. It is not a complaint, rather a valuables safety factor we need to mention to friends.

Manager was very helpful and staff were friendly. Advice was beneficial. Nearby shop good. Taxi close to get to downtown. We later went to another hotel on a group tour so comparatively speaking this hotel was more personalised.
Not a big international type hotel; friendly and more homely. From the description of the 'studio' we expected cooking facilities but this was not so.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. The rooms were spacious and had a charming Arabic style. I loved the old solid wood furniture. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet residential area but still close to all the attractions.
No improvement needed.

The hotel had very helpful and friendly staff who were able to give excellent recommendations on places to visit in the city. the hotel had a convenient shuttle service that took us to and from the airport, and the breakfast was delicious and affordable. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was easy to access multiple modes of transportation, and we were able to walk to several local attractions.
The hotel room was not as clean as we would have liked and several items were outdated and in poor condition, like the furniture and bathroom fixtures. the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors at all times of the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Located in a quiet residential area, the hotel provides a peaceful stay. the room was spacious and well-decorated with beautiful old solid wood furniture. the friendly staff ensured a comfortable and clean bathroom. the complimentary drinking water and kitchenette added an extra advantage, making it feel like a cozy home.
The hotel's heating system was not up to par and needed maintenance, leading to cold rooms.
